No way.. They both pretty lousy by my appenion, and i have played above 2200 rating with the pvp specc i posted, and i have to say, that boomkin one =? wtf :O ?
Wrath would be a waste in pvp, after my appenion, and same with the balance range thingy

    wow-europe.com/en/info/basics/talents/druid/talents.html?tal=5100222125031352310500000000000000000000005020335

pve raid moonkin, you missed the threat reduction in resto tree, and when doing 25 mans trees are essentially pointless

    wow-europe.com/en/info/basics/talents/druid/talents.html?tal=510322012533135231051000000000000000000000502033

pure moonkin pvp spec, for more utility choose the one below:

    wow-europe.com/en/info/basics/talents/druid/talents.html?tal=51032201253310520105105023010000000000000005003

however this has low mana regen, at higher ratings u may want to go restokin, as many druids on my server have done.

If you have no idea how to spec and you've never been above 1100 rating in arena you shouldnt try make a build imo

well, the "restokin" is beginning to be more and more used, but i have no idea of how to play it..
Must be because i have never played boomkin for real, since i could never get out of the dancing phase -.-

Grift>> i dont think the tree is useless in pve, since you get the 20% less cost on the hots, which i find very usefull in many ways..

Devolsh>> i dont even think its possible to get below 1300, then you must surely be a nub, we tried to bug the personal rating thing, while i was feral, and even without shapeshifting, we had a hard time not winning, even at 1300..
And i have used that specc for pvp for ages, so dont talk shit about it, cause if u now hwo to play it, then its definately the best one after my openion, all though restokin, might be jsut as usefull, but i really dont now how to play it, so i just stick with the one im used to, and it still seems to work for me..
