    Once you submit the form found here: http://ftp.blizzard.com/pub/WoW/othe...t-Recovery.pdf

    You may not change details over the phone any more, or so I was told. You can't get your SQ changed. You can't change the name without legal documents. The only way they could take it back is IF they somehow knew the email and SQ, or they have a copy of your ID.
