Can he recall?

Hi,

Can someone recall his account after I changed every changeable information? (Zipcode, state, email, country etc). However I also know his CD key he can still call blizz and tell them his name and CD key..

You're only safe if you transfer his char on another account (with PTC), or when you manage to change the last name on the account.

Now he can call to blizz and say his name/account name and Secret Question/Answer. And if he doesn't remember his SQ/a he still can recall it by giving the last digits of the CD-Key(s).

He doesn't know his SQa (got the account by SE and he told it me). He however knows his CD key and ofcourse his name.

Is there any way to change his name? And/or any way to make sure he can't recall except PTC?

If he doesn't have his SQA, then he wont be able to recall the account. That the key information required by blizzard customer service in order to change the e-mail.

The only way he could recall at this point, is to submit his I.D whit a form to prove hes the owner of the account and to receive his SQA answer, if he goes there well you are toasted. Even if you transfer the toon out.

The OO alway has the big end of the stick when it come down to recalling an account.

He wont need the SQA to recall the account just an id scan, aslong as he can provide and ID scan that is all he will need and his account name and real name of course and even if you do PCT over to another account blizz may still reverse it. Trust me its not worth worring about just strip the account and scam on it until he gets it back, because if he wants it back enough he will get it back no matter what.

All wrong. Last few digits of the CD-Key(s) is also enough to verify you as the OO of the account. So if he has the CD-Key and his name he can actually recall it.

I had a PCT get reversed along with a bnet merge as well so they definitely can. Your only way to be secure is to PCT then get the old account banned. Send him a legit looking email to say he was banned for trading and hope he doesn't dispute.
