Well Like it says on the thread,

Just stay clam, and try to stall while trying to find who sells the account.
Talk to him saying something like
"Oh wait, someone is offering me, please hold on while i see what he offers"
You got to gain trust, don't be to straight forward, Tell him how much fun you had with your character and stuff, make things up.
Keep him talking so he won't leave or think your lieing.

Tell him that you don't have any playtime on it. Or just move on and find some other guy.
As many guides taught it would be to never give up ^_^ There are times where you must look past those smart people!
If person really wants the account he'll do it, and there are plenty of people like that ^_^

Post count is this Number that increases everytime you make a post ^_^
LoLz he was just saying when you make a post your post number increases and some people like having high post.
He was pointing out that you might be here just to post something to increase it, because your one of those people who like to have high post number.
