No you dont, because ive done hundreds of tansfers and blizz has never contacted my credit card company. ive also never been IP banned because IPs can be easily changed and blizzard doesn't do them. infact there are even quotes from blues saying that each account is a fresh start and anything you did before is not taken into consideration.

Everyone knows ANYTHING can be made to look legit on a private server, that's besides the point.

A good way to get it banned is to spam gold selling sites / hacking sites such as wowtoolbox or whatever.
Impersonate a GM while you're at it.

Don't use a credit card at all, besides the transfer.
