I wouldn't transfer it if i were you. I recently transferred a full t6 warlock and got the original account banned. However the original owner got my account banned and was able to get his original account unbanned. If you really want to risk it then its up to you, but i doubt you will get the account. Someone who spends that much time on getting the gear wouldn't stop until they get their account back.

Well, before anything, SELL ALL OF THE GOLD. That's $175 worth of gold if you sell at a cheap price to an asian site...Im not advertising or anything, but I sold 19k to mmopawn.com, they had the gold and they could have scammed me, but they're legit and they paid me.

Then...Take the chance and Xfer the character, there may be a small risk, but it's completely worth it...just MAKE SURE to sell it soon, when WoTLK comes out all of that gear will be useless and it'll be just another level 70.

I managed to scam me a hunter from 1 of the best guilds in the world, full sw gear with the legendary bow and also full brut and even 35k gold on it. I have full info including the guys ID.

Now I was wondering is there a point in me even trying to xfer the char to a different account and get the old 1 banned because when I was talking to him he said he knew the gm's etc and also because of the guild he is in.

I dont want to spend the money just to lose it once he recalls.

Any advice is appreciated.

Tip is to you to only have fun while you can. If you will transfer it to another account, Blizzard will indeed contact your credit card operator and they will most likely look your account. And after the "real" owner sent he's ID picture they WILL ban your IP and you will no longer have fun playing wow
