Little help on phoning blizz.

I need a little info on what blizz actually ask for when you phone them up.

I have an account with most of the info, name, add, acc name/pw, email, but dont have the secret answer, and was wondering if I phoned blizz, could they give me the answer or do i need the cd keys etc.

If any1 could help me in getting this answer, im willing to give them a full brut warr.

Tho when u call them for recalling in the best case they will require:

-Full name of owner of the account
-Full adress
-Secret question + secret answer
-CD Keys

In worst case they will want also scanned picture of your ID.Also once wanted from me my ID card and the WoW box in one frame picture.

If you go for changing the answer im sure they will require ID picture.

This is wrong, blizzard will never ask you for your CD Keys, and will only ask for a scanned ID if the account has been recalled multiple times!

Yeah but i dont actually want to recall it, i have the account, just need to find out what the secret answer is.

you will deffinalty have to know the accounts SQ/A, i suggest finding out the question then fishing for the answer
