Finding a Chinese Scammers Who Send High Amounts Of Money

I am trying to invent something new and i need to find a Chinese Scammer who is able to send a high amout of money.

Normaly i can find quite a few chinese people when trying to sell something very late at night around 2am. However they are unable to offer high amounts such as 6k USD. However i am fully aware that they are able to and do send so much. Any ideas on how i can find one of those very quickly?.

Post a WTS thread on Markee after 12:00 AM Central, and say that the account has 8 level 70s full t6 and s3 etc. They never ask to see ingame, so it shouldn't be a problem.
