Even if it did require an ID to reverse the transfer (i don't think it does), anyone who knows the last name of the account can just photoshop an ID and fax it in. If the person you scammed is retarded, you'll probably keep the account, otherwise its either going to go to the most committed person or just get banned permanently if you both manage to fake the ID and the notary.

to the person who said its hard to reverse a ban, it's really not.

i can tell you now that its really hard to get the account reversed unless you create a lot of drama such as sending blizzard letters, ip logs, police report etc. but who the hell is gonna do that for a character i sure as hell wouldn't
