I have told you that I cannot. The account was given to me by a friend whom has since passed away! There is no way for me to retrieve it! One of YOUR workers TOOK the account from me after I paid MY money for YOUR service. I am trying to go about this with as little trouble on either parties as possible. Now if I have to do a chargeback from paypal I will and you guys will be out around $300. I know you guys have an excess amount of accounts. I want the compensation that was PROMISED me if something went wrong. Well....something sure did go wrong as obviously one of your workers is stealing your customers accounts.

A username and password for a 70 lock or war is all im asking. The warrior I had on my account was VERY nice, decked out in t4/t5 raid gear which I imagine is why one of your workers stole him from me. I'm not even asking for a character with that level of gear. I just want an account, something I should not have had taken from me by you guys.
