    Scamming IRL, kind of.

    Scamming IRL, kind of.
So, I been thinking of doing this :

Selling my (very epicced out) account. (4 70's, all epics)

    IRL using craigslist, for cash.

Now I'd like to know, what are the risks after I recall this account, it is my main account and I don't wanna' get it banned or anything.

I mean I wouldn't obviously do it at my house, so no real threatening issues..

Please posts comments on the situation.

I doubt they could get it banned unless they had already hacked or botted on it.. I'd say you're safe.

However, you say you're selling it IRL.. if that means you're meeting them, make sure they don't know your personal info such as your address, because then things can get saucy.

Of course I wouldn't let them know that info.

But the whole reason im a little nervous about doing this is because my friend pretty much did the same thing (except with paypal) but they talked on the phone& whatnot, he wasn't a scammer... a few weeks ago he decided to recall his druid, and the guy who bought the account admitted he bought it, getting the druid banned.

and paypal is investigating his account now.

    Follow these instructions!

    1. sell the guy your account legit give him the sq/a, account, name, password, change email.

    2. BUT!!!!! do not give him the correct last name if your last name smith tell him sanchez you get the point

    3. 3 days later call blizzard and tell them you want to change the email and then retrieve the password

    4. by now you should have wasted the cash, now he will call blizzard and they will not service him because he doesn't have the right last name, you win he loses

if you have anymore questions get me on aim - sineater213
