Potentially devestating guild bank scam (untested)

I searched for guild bank scams and there were pages and pages of the same, "Tell an officer in the guild to make you an officer because bla bla excuses excuses my main isn't working".

Well I'm not sure if this one has been posted before, or maybe it's been fixed already. However, feel free to try this out.

You can do this one of 2 ways. With a 70 or a non 70.
If you don't give a shit about your rep on the server, or your about to xfer and name change anyways use your 70. If you want to try to fool a guild leader with a lowbie (try telling him/her its your guild bank if its a level 1) try to at least have it above 50 or some level around that to make it seem more legit.

Now that my wall of text has hurt your eyes, here comes the scam.

First, make a guild

2nd, set an alt in your guild to have bank access.

3rd, leave or disband the guild and look for a new one.

4th, once you've found your victim guild go to a city with a bank, and you should have full access to the bank. The bank access from your previous guild has not reset to your new one.
