And yes I know how to put HTML into E-Mail.
1. Make a yahoo account.
2. Make sure that you're using the beta version of the page(If so the URL once you log in does not change)
3. Go to options, then mail options in the upper right corner.
4. Go to Signature on the left
5. Click plain text on the right above the input box
6. put in the html after you have made the changes to all of the custom text areas, like where it says their name, their email, and what they bought. The HTML's this below.

7. Click rich text
8. Click Show a signature on all outgoing messages
9. Go to the top of the page and click save changes.
10. Click back to mail
11. Click New
12. Whatever you put into your signature will now be in the mail.
13. Send the Email

There you go. That's how you use this.

you totally missed the whole point of this scam.
this is to show that YOU(the scammer) payed for something that you actually didnt pay for.

This is a "confirmation" email being sent to YOU(the scammer) from "paypal" saying that you payed for something.
