Anywho, I was at Thsale.com buying 2k gold... In fact i am a reoccurring (bad english) customer.
So i finished the order I waited about 1/2 hr (usually takes 15 mins to get the gold).
Kept waiting.. 1hr came by, i decided to contact Live support..

The lady told me i had to wait 5 hours to get my gold, and here is the log.

I made the bitch give me some extra gold.
