Possible alternive on marige certificate

Hey i was thinking, i am not sure if this works or not but anyways....

Lets say you got a scammed account with the sq etc all under your control, and your both from the same country and he is a child?

Childs cant mary right?
well lets say somebody could make some kind of certificate of adoption and change that accounts last name?

You would be able to send his chars to your own account=win :P?

It's also possible to fake some ID's to get it changed.

alright, it was just an idea though since i was thinkin how to do transfer if he is 17 years or less, (you have to be 18 to marry atleast right? :P )
and if you send a fake certificate to blizz it would fail if the person is 12 so thats y i thought of this

Technically you can marry at any age with parental consent. BTW you can change the last name on an account by just merging with a Bnet account

About that marry thing, it depends on your country i guess
and... Bnet is for USA wow's onley at this point, it will change though
