It all depends on how long you take to ingame scam, how much you actually scam, and how much the gold buyer is paying. For an example,
If you gold scam someone in 30 minutes for 10kg, and you sell that 10kg for 40$, then,

40+40=80 (One Hour)
80x5= 400$

400$ in five hours if you can scam 10kg every 30 minutes.
But like I said, it all depends.

Depending on how well things go you could get 50 maybe 100$ a night. If you get really lucky maybe even more. I got a hit last night with my scam and the account had 84k gold and ended up getting 500$ by the end of the night.

Doesn't work at all. I've merged 10+ accounts all reverted back within 30 minutes if they're conscious at the time.

Is there a risk they ban your IP as well as the account while abusing trade chat?

Do you have a cheaper way of getting a legit account other than outright buying it? like $70 for a wotlk account and 25 for an xfer seems like it would totally wreck any profit margins.

I said account, not character. Did you even read the OP? You need a clean legit account that you can transfer characters to but buying an account like that takes a big chunk out of any profits from selling the scammed character.

You don't actually have to go and get keys for a new account. You can just use any account in your possession, that wont be recalled. Merge it to a bnet, transfer, and un-merge via Blizzard.

Yeah but I don't have any legit accounts at the moment /sadfase. If you xfer 2 characters from 2 different accounts onto yours via this method then get both the originals banned, how likely is Blizzard to ban yours for being linked to both of those?
