[Question] How not to get scammed with paypal.

Person is supposedly Verfied through paypal, and wants to buy my account he is willing to send the money first, what should I worry about?

I ask here because I love you guys because generally you are going to have all angles covered.

Well the MAJOR thing you should worry about is him making a dispute, saying that he didn't recieve the item/goods, which will cause the money to be taken out of your paypal account, if you bought anything before he took it out it may result in a -(negative) balance, try asking him if he is repped when a website, IE: Markee,realpoor, etc.. and i prefer to use Western Union, you get to pick up the cash up in person, which i feel is safer, i know it does not relate to paypal but it's a way safer method

Awesome, I appreciate it A LOT, the only reason he wouldn't want to western union it would be if he wanted to scam me so...

Well it really does depend if you have an unverified account use fake info and spend the money they usually don't track you down. But if you're unverified send an invoice to them, because it won't limit the money as soon as it touches your account.

He was trying to scam me but he is unaware that I know, is there anything I can do to **** him over for failing so horribly, he is willing to send me over paypal, can I do anything with it, like making a fake paypal for him to send it to then spending it all... or what? Any Ideas?

If he won't pay WU, take the money in paypal, buy a VCC and tell him you will give him the UN and password and will hold onto the rest of the information until the virtual credit card is activated. If he does not agree to this, tell him to piss off.

And will that guarantee that I cannot lose the money, and won't have a negative paypal?
