Well, i just come on thought for this. Idno if its repost but.
What if you offered people free character transfers?
U make them add their info, then charname, server and destination realm.
Then if possible would automaticly send them and yourself a mail. They get a mail saying the transfer is done within 24 hours, and you one with their info.

Okay, screw the phising. What you will do is find a victim, tell him that you will need his account name and password, Destination realm, character name, character realm, and email. When you have this info send a mail to him from "noreply*eu/us*@blizzard.com"

Subject: World of Warcraft - Free character Transfer ACCEPTED
Body:
*Victims account name*,
 
You have successfully submitted a order for the Free Character Transfer service.
 
Here is the list of characters which will be moved during this process:
 
- CHARACTERNAME - Level ** RACE CLASS on REALM - moving to DESTINATIONREALM.
 
The account will be locked and unplayable during the Character Transfer process.  Once the process is complete, you will receive another email to notify you that the move is completed.
 
Be sure to check your email regularly for the next update so you know when the process is finalized!

Okay, this will hold them up a bit.
Now what you need to do is telling him that apparently blizzard needed more than just accountname and password as info, and that you will need his SQ/A and full name also. Don't let him now you scammed him! And when you have all the info just simply block him.

Don't forget to change the notes in red to EU or US.

i dont think this would work because they would end up going to the wow account management site, however if you were able to maybe clone the site or something then send them an ingame mail and have them fill out all the information on that cloned site that may work.
