You can be 99.99% safe if you use a proxy.

I wouldn't recommend scamming people with Rep or who is TWV... you might know why.

just trun TOR on and use firefox.
at the down corner you will see: Tor Disablied or Tor Enabled, if its enabled so start scamming, if its not so just enable it.twocents
