Does anyone know a site(s) that sells game time cards for EU that don't really care about phone verification or where you can just like.. lie that you don't have phone or something? i successfully made a purchase of two game cards and a wotlk cd-key from a site, and i just lied my ass off on the live support. Would like some other sites that maybe some of you have successfully got your order without them telling "No, we really need a phone verification" :P

Erm... if you are looking for a place that is automatic delivery.. then I don't think there are any. They have to go through Several processes which usually take 24-48 Hours.

You can buy stuff with an un-verified PayPal, I have done it many times.

I recommend running 2-3 proxies. Just mainly because proxy is not secure enough. A company like PayPal can track down your IP through a not right customized or right used proxy. Also if you use some types of proxies PayPal could contact the leader of the proxy and he would need to give them the IP access that used this proxy ISP (only happens with large amount of money and non-Chinese).

Those are my personal favorites and pretty much kept me from getting ****ed by my local Police Department.
