You should use ALL Fake Information on your PayPal and Use a Proxy, Max Security.. so that PayPal can't find you..

Making a canadian paypal account is easy...

Just go to paypal.ca and sign up, worked for me atleast USE A PROXY

It seems as though there's this illusion in this thread as to a single proxy behind an impenetrable fortress capable of securing your identity.

If you **** with paypal enough, your screwed.

But, on the topic of the scam at hand, could you not use the fake mailer at SOOM.cz to create some fake "proof" that the chinese received their end of the deal? Then you can just avoid the negative balance altogether.

You should only talk to sites that have live representatives, but not sites like gametag or buymmoaccounts or something, because they require Personal ID

You better hope your paypal is not verified. They will mark you for fraud if it is. I went in debt on my paypal when I got scammed. They were about to screw me over.
