Though I'm no scammer, this'll help me avoid these types of scams! :P

I get their name almost every time.
I log on AIM and tell them how badly i feel (usually wait at least an hour) and I'm willing to give them their account back.
They say, thank you, thank you, whatever and are pretty grateful.
Tell them you don't feel right as a Christian stealing accounts, and you had a moment of mental lapse. Just exaggerate basically. Tell them how you hope that they forgive you and that you can be forgiven for your sins.
Then, tell them you are willing to change the email back to theirs, but it is asking you to verify because you've changed the email more than once in the last 48 hours.
Tell them that it's asking for the Full Name on the Account and the First Password used initially to sign up (just for a BS Filler).
They'll tell you their last name.
Just don't be a noob though, learn how to speak proper English (this goes for all scamming) and be educated. Don't even say this doesn't work, as it does.
if it doesn't work for you, you fail.
