Question regarding bans(Maybe useful to others?)

I haven't seen this answered on any thread before, so I figured I would ask and then post whatever the answer was after it's stated..

When you have an account that kind of HAS to have itself banned quickly after transfer, is this possible? As soon as you hit the transfer and it's accepted, are you able to ban the original account while that transfer is still processing or will it freeze the transfer and ban that character? Answers much appreciated.

Getting an account banned or in anyway suspended during a transfer delays the transfer said amount of days or indefinately I believe

Oh darn so I need to wait for the transfer to be complete before going for a ban?

From my understanding of blizz's policies yes

You see when a transfer is in progress you are unable to access the account anyways so you wouldn't be able to get it banned amirite?

Tyminatorx, I believe the transfer still processes even if your account was SUSPENDED, if it was CLOSED as in LOCKED it will stop the transfer as you will not have access to anything on your account forever.

This is the way I see it...YOU CANNOT access the paid transfer page while suspended.....YOU CANNOT access the account while the transfer is in queue....so thus i can see no way that this is possible
