Questions regarding Botting/Being Banned!

Hey all, I have a couple questions regarding botting and being banned while botting.


1) Does Blizzard ban your whole battle.net account or just your Diablo III account. I have my WoW and Diablo III characters both on the same battle.net account.


2) Are Bots that do not inject anything into the client (AutoIt) detectable by the warden?

1) Seems they only ban the Diablo III copy. - may vary for more serious cases.

2) Everything is detectable - again more serious cases or more heavily injecting bots will get the banhammer first.
Considering WoW, its possible you never get banned but always be prepared.
