Sacrificial Scam [Tested]

So basically a long time ago my account got "hacked" because my stupid friend gave my password to some random person he knows. When I logged on one day, all of my gear was in the bank and (as I later learned) the person who stole it sent 300g to one of his friends, and then 400g to himself. I had no idea at the time who did it, so I made a GM ticket about it.

Later, I was bitching in guild chat and mentioned that I reported it and hoped I'd get it back. One of the people in the guild started freaking out and sent me the 300g back begging me to unreport it. Well it was too late to cancel the ticket but I sent an email to account administration (which went ignored) asking them to just forget the whole deal. Anyway a week later my account was closed and I had to verify it was mine and all that bullshit. When I logged back in I had over 1000g! They restored the money that was stolen and didn't delete the gold the one kid sent me back.

The two fools also got banned in the process (o well!). But I had enough gold to buy my epic pony after that whole ordeal hehe (once again, a big deal back in the day!)

But if you read this story you can figure out for yourself how to scam some extra gold onto your account. It will involve an account getting banned though, so you have to weigh out if its worth it to you or not. Depending on the amount of gold you want, it might be worth it to pay $20 for a new account rather than however much it costs from the Chinese farmers.

Tip: I would bet that they whispered each other in-game with my account info or something stupid like that. If you really wanted to make it seem "legit" I'd suggest figuring out how your going to chat in game without getting *two* accounts banned.

Pretty good idea man, very risky though. I think if you had a couple of spare scammed accounts this would be worth the bans
