Last time was on Friday, to be exact.

Asked for address, didnt have zip code so they asked for CDKEY.

For me they only asked for the cd key when I called asking to get the Secret Answer, I had all other information but that. That's literally the only time they asked me for it out of the hundreds of times I've called.

Grand Theft Auto that has to be a lie as blizzard does not retrieve your SQA on the phone you would have to mail them personal identification.
