Ok so, go to a website like
example
wow power leveling|WOW Gold|wow powerleveling|world of warcraft Powerleveling service

So on there website they offer a "PL report"

They tell you the PL id's in it

tell them that you are somthing like

US-CP-E200864172746****

And that they changed your password

They will say somthing like

You are

US-CP-E200864172746****

account name: xxxxxxxx

account password: xxxxxxxxx
At this point change the password
Tell them your password wont work
then kinda stop speaking with them,

This has worked about 2 times out of 5 for me

not a bad idea, but most sites dont have PL reports with the ids. but nice idea :]
