That was my old twink. Sold the account though, was still working on twinking it. Also had a few more weapons with different enchants+boots with run speed. I wasn't into it A LOT, but skill>gear when you're at that point. And I really rocked it up.

Use the Terokk trinket while u still can :P you get it from skettis i think it increases your hp by 1.3k or something like that

heres my twink i made not perfect but he pwns i made him with a 31 hunter i farmed deviate fish and cooked them and sold 4g a stack i love fishbot

Ok I have been twinking for a long time now and this is what I think is the best rouge twink gear:

Head: Lucky Fishing Hat with Libram of Voracity gives 8+ agility or Libram of Protection gives 12+ dodge.
Neck: Sentinel's Medallion if Alliance / Scout's Medallion if Horde
Shoulders: Talbar Mantle
Back: Sentry Cloak with 12+ dodge or 3+ agility, I prefer 12+ dodge
Chest: Tunic of Westfall if Alliance / Blackened Defias Armor if Horde with 4+ stats or 100+ hp, I prefer 4+ stats
Wrist: Forest Leather Bracers with 9+ stamina
Main Hand: Shadowfang with 15+ agility can switch with Assasins Blade with 15+ agility if needed but I mainly use Shadowfang
One Hand: Sentinel's Blade with 15+ agility if Alliance / Scout's Blade with 15+ agility if horde
Ranged: Throat Piercers (thrown) or Venomstrike (bow), I prefer Throat Priercers
Hand: Scouting Gloves of the Monkey (4+ agility 4+ stamina) with 15+ agility
Waist: Deviate Scale Belt
Legs: Scouting Trousers of Agility (8+ agility) with 40+ stamina and 12+ agility (Nethercleft Leg Armory)
Feet: Nat Pagle's Extreme Anglin' Boots with Minor speed and 9+ stamina or Minor speed and 6+ agility up to you wich you want
Finger 1: Meadow Ring of Eluding (12+ dodge 1+ agility)
Finger 2: Meadow Ring of Eluding (12+ dodge 1+ agility)
Trinket 1: Isignia of the Alliance if Alliance / Isignia of the Horde if Horde can change with Arena Grand Master from time to time
Trinket 2: Arena Grand Master

Your specc in this gear should be Combat, 3/3 Improved Gouge 2/2 Improved Sinister Strike 5/5 Lightning Reflexes

This is the best twink gear and specc I know, and if you want the best get this
