Best Level For Twinking?

Everyone is saying level 19, but it doesn't offer what higher level twinks can offer:

More open World PvP
More acheivments you can get, maybe even a cool title..
More talent points
More spells to play with
More BG's

But only more money to create.

39/49 cuz yu get pretty much top every enchant and takes more skill and more fun

Back in the day when mounts were 40+, feral druids used to be incredible for 39 twinking. Their speed boost had yet to be negated by widespread horsies, the number of ways to snare them was quite limited and the result was that they were a one-man capping machine.

I'm getting a lot of fun from a 49 rogue, but I have to confess I have little to compare it to in other brackets.

Level 19, especially with the level 80 leg enchants and such you can now exploit onto your twinks

lvl 19 is my favorite, but i also enjoy making a lvl 1-4 twink its quiet fun for some time and not to expensive goldwise

49 is the best bracket ever. anything below 30 is just awful.

hmmm ive made 2 19 twinks i agree with most people i supose 30 and up is the best 19 is boring, only one bg and very cheap....

I would say that level 19 has and always will be the best twink level.

I have a 69 rogue, best in slot for everything, I thought it would be fun til I realised 90% of the other team is death knights, dont make a 69 rogue...

I'd have to say Oldschool lvl 60 Twinking for AV only. A Full PvP Geared Class could own a lvl 60 DK anytime, ^^ Also you can use WoTLK Enchants too for a boost.

Level 80 i would say, all the cool gear is there.
