19, because after patch 3.1.0 twinks have started being awesome. You can no longer get ganked by guys with 2500hp, but you can still get some awesome advantages from the patch if you know what to do

19 Hunter/19Rogue. At 39 Pally's are pretty good too. 19 is the best IMO cause you don't have to drop a crap load of money for the highest enchants and it's pretty fun. Especially if you are really good at the class.

39 is boring..Pallys way to OP. At 19 u can be the best with any class if u know how to play and wat to do...i tend to see 19s with more of the special achivements and stuff...And hell...Who wants to spend a whole lot of time gettin to 39?

I played 19 on my twink rogue from the time 19 wsg came out and like 4 months ago i switched to 39...i really wish i didnt do it. 19 has no mount..and no cheap ass poisons.....

But i think 60 would be a crud load of fun if u really wanna spend ur time gettin that high. 29 i heard sux now...and 49 i dont even wanna try anymore after tryin 39.

19 is the most entertaining because there is a huge difference between 19 Twinks and regulars in terms of HP/MP/Attack etc. Plus, not that much time to level up there, and I've noticed the 19 brackets are pretty populated in terms of # of twinks.

I'd say 29 because 39 is too high and you get too many enchantment from tbc, and 19 you just have no spells, or at least i feel like having too few spells to enjoy. Also, at 19 you can only play rogue as a twink.

39 is the bracket to go. It's the most balanced bracket atmo including 80.

you seem to know very little. Why should 39 be to high? you've leveled a dude to 70-80 and that wasn't to high right? And TBC enchants is awsome.
I can agree that you dont have too much spells at 19. that is imo just
= more skill since you have less moves to play around with.
And the last thing? Is rogue the only viable class at 19? this is the most stupid thing i've ever heard. Every class is viable in the 19 bracket.
Hunters and rogues have the upper hand due high burst but a mage will totally spank a 19 rogue. so will a good lock..

i enjoy both 19 and 29. i have a 19 warrior twink and 29 druid twink. it depends on preference imo
