Warhammer was the first game to implement pvp XP that has even a touch on Blizzard, if your talking about games like guildwars who did it first, do you think blizzard would actually care?

Warhammer was not the first MMO to do that.
You could get XP for killing people in Vangaurd, while there was no Battlegrounds, there was xp from PvP.
AoC does too, it came out before WAR.

I think EQ2 does too, but I haven't played it.

Signing up from anywhere is a fantastic idea. Takes some of the stress away from slow queues - although obviously it's a WAR steal, but why not steal the best ideas from that game? It's already been clarified here that XP gains are optional, but I think they always would have to be. Blizz spends plenty of time promoting the idea of twinks, so I'm sure they would never pull the rug out from under themselves and undermine the concept with auto-XP for BGs.
