Best Class and race for PvP?

definitely a ret pally.
these days theier burst is insane.
if you take a look on Arena Junkies - World of Warcraft PvP Strategy and Discussion the most highly rated characters are paladins. so my advice would be to roll a pally.

I think that dotting with a warlock can be quiet funy but if u want to have succes in arena i would choose a deathknight because atm they are owning nearly everything

Tbh, dont go and reroll fotm like a warrior or any other melee just because they are faceroll classes atm. Choose a class which you like and learn to master it instead. When it comes to races i suggest that you go for either a human or a gnome when thats possible(assuming your playing alliance), since they got the best PvP-racials.
