[looking for Host & Web monkey] Darkcraft WoW

Hi Guys,
It is head Admin Prosperine of Darkcraft WoW, we are looking for some one with a spare pc + a good internet connection to host our server for some time until we get a hosted server from Calpop.com i will gladly hand over 25% of the months donations so that you can pay for you net cost for the few months,

also i am look for a web-monkey that can design a web-page for us if you make a example template on a free hosted server and show me you skills and what you can do with xml, jsp, aspx, php and peal if you are able to make a site that has embedded menus that pop out when you scroll over them.

the color scheme must be dark but must still have eye satisfying color scheme and and must be KISS...
