I think its up, but, thats just from what I've heard. Haven't used my main for nearly 2/3 months now and the payment ran out. But I'm grabbing a game card this weekend. I'm also wanting to go on my Pala, I wanna complete the rest of my T3. Though I only have one peice. ^^
