Is it possible to get banned if you scam an account?
I mean can Blizzard Track your IP or something??

And if i transfer the char to my account
Will i get banned then?

If you transfer the char it is possible that you might get banned.

I do not think they are using in any way IP tracker though it is very possible.

Actually, Transfering the char to your own account is the safest you can do. Then you are original owner again. Ip tracking? lazy blizz? nah....
