Safest way, Mail or Trade?

So I scammed some gold, and Im wondering what the safest way will be to get the gold to the char I want.
Trade it or Mail it?
What has less ban-rate?

Both are probably trace able, but if they don't keep logs on the AH, that's the way to go.

Id do anything apart from mail it. But I have no evidence to prove that any of the methods are safe.
