Safest way to send gold?

A friend asked me how he can send gold from a scammed account to his own without being caught by blizzard. Can anyone tell me some good things.
Is putting an item for alot of gold on ah and then buy it with the other char illegal ? can they ban you for it or not ?
If anyone has other good reasons please post
