Can this be caught in any way?

So if i found a phishing site that isnt mine and has /logs.html at the end of it for all the account logs and works, would I be able to be caught(any chance whatsoever) if I made a fake email and youtube account and just went around spamming the website around highly viewed world of warcraft videos, then changed all the PWs and stored them in a word document on my computer? Just wanna be safe, I don't really want to get too involved into phishing but if theres no possible way for me to be caught(after that anthony castiglione guy its got me worried up lol) might as well :O

Everything can be traced... but most likely will not be, Its probably some 10 year old kid that knows nothing about computers... But spamming the site logs on youtube is mean
