Does the multiple-account achievement duplication work on elite pvp transmog?

Hello,

I know there is a bug that when you get a new achievement while you have multiple wow account online, all the characters online in you bnet can obtain the same achievement.
For example, you have a warrior in your WOW1 and a mage in WOW2, and they are both online, when you warrior in WOW1 get 100 3v3-arena wins both your warrior and mage can get vicious saddle.
This is what the post said:
2x Vicious Saddle - 2 accounts still works.

However, is there anyone know that whether this method works with elite pvp transmog.
Like my last example, you have your warrior and mage online, and you hit 2000 arena rating and get a achievement, and your mage should also get the 2k achievement. The question is, can this mage toon buy elite pvp transmog from vendor?

Vicious Saddles are mailed to characters as soon as they obtain the achievement, but it needs a character to buy elite pvp transmog from the vendor. I doubt they may not work the same way. I know in MOP expansion someone used this method to get several dungeon challenge transmog at one time, but I was also told that this bug was fixed.

I will be very appreciated if anyone who had tried out this method before can tell me the results. Many thanks ahead!

Ur toon needs a personal rating from 2000 to get the elite tmog . The MoP CM Gear was send to ur mailbox like the Tmog from "The Chosen" ToV.

That answer is not correct. You need only the achievement as you can drop below 2k and still buy it.

I tested it last season and it did not work. It does work with glad mounts though. You can have glad mounts on lvl 1 toons

Edit: you need lvl 20 though to learn it.
