Looking for the best 3.3.5 80 PvP server

Before all: if this kind of question is not allowed, delete the thread. I searched in the forum and I didn't find any info about this, so I hope I'm not breaking rules.

Ok so, most of servers I tried kinda bored me, I achieved everything i wanted, BIS characters, titles, achievements, some friends also stopped playing so well I would want to test new servers.

What I want is:

1) Free gear, that doesnt require rating, everyone MUST have the same gear, no matter if relentless or wrathful, 245 or 284 I don't care, just gear free for everyone. I don't want to farm anything besides titles/mounts/other stuff.
2) Active 3v3 or at least a Soloq for 3v3 (since 3v3 is dead in almost every server I tried)
3) Sentinel anti cheat working: I dont want to see flyhackers, speedhackers and pqr users, talking about the game breaking ones, like the warrior (istant bash, istant overpower, intercept succubus, intervene scatter, spell reflection, range hack...), the rogue istant kick and vanishing 100% controls, the priest swd every control aswell and other stuff, I dont mind at all if someone uses pqr to refresh a Righteous Fury on his Holy Paladin. That's not a big deal for me even if it' technically a cheat.
4) Gms active and kind, that reply to you (IN ENGLISH! Not spanish stuff or idk) and take punishment for people who clearly witrade or hack. In some servers I reported many players with pictures, and detailed videos of them hacking/dodging/wintrading and they still play freely. And guess what? Last season they even got r1-r10 titles, when many other people slighty below them on ladder, who played 100% fair, didn't get ANYTHING. (yeah I know at high rating everyone plays dirty...sigh)
5) (Optional) 1v1 soloque, useful for moment of boredom, or when there are few people online and you still want to play instead of fapping in capitals.

That's pretty much all I need.

Oh I forgot, don't suggest me w4rmane. I play on Bl4ckrock since it was called AbyssaI-W0W, and same for M0lten..achieved almost everything I wanted there too, so I have nothing to do on those realms.
