Looking for the best Diablo 3 CD Key deal

i'm looking, as the title says, for the best diablo 3 deal for the Standard Edition key for EU or international, because the prices have risen.
and i'm sure that there are many others who want a good price.
please let me know if you find a nice shop or ebay auction or something like that, because i'm not willing to pay 60€ for a new one, my first cost only 48€.
must have paypal payment though.
