Transmog Exploit Returns!

When transmogging was first introduced to WoW there was an exploit that was going around where you could transmog an item on your main to a non level required quest item and send it away to an alt, the alt could then use this item and the transmog apperance would stick. This exploit has recently came back to live servers with the prepatch launching, but its slightly changed.

Now instead of having to send the transmoged item from your main to your alt you can just transmog it on your low level character as long as the quest item doesn't have a requiered level to use that item even if the quest got a level requirement to pick up.

I highly doubt its intended for a lvl 1 character to transmog their gear into a quest reward that requires you to be a higher level than you are to pick up that quest.

If thats the case why can't we transmog items with a higher level requirement than what our character is? Since currently you can transmog your gear on a level 1 character with rewards from a quest for lvl 50 for an example.

I honestly do not think its intended for a lvl 1 character to be able to transmog their items to a quest reward for level 85. If you think this is working as intended feel free to post a link to a blizzard post where they say that a low level character can transmog their gear into quest rewards that are for a way higher level than themself.

if the item itself doesn't have a certain level required to transmog it, it will work... the system was made that way pretty much.

No quest reward that I know of has a lvl req to equip but the quest has a level req to pick up therefore i don't think that its intended.

If the item has a level requirement attached to it, you must be that level to transmog it, like the WoD CM weapons for example. If the item has no level requirement then you can transmog it at any time regardless if the character has completed the quest or not.
