Increase 5% versatility in pvp

I don't know if this is intended or not so I will post here in general section. The Pandaren racial that gives double food bonus still works and you can still use the versatility food bought at honor vendors in bgs and arenas. Using it increases the 11% versatility on the stat template to 16% for me, it's a nice increase in damage for bgs until legion hits and you are above level 100.
