Override target check to use Quest item, will pay.

Hi guys,

Is there a way to override a target check to be able to use quest items on mobs that are not the ones the item was created for?

Lets say you have http://www.wowhead.c...-of-empowerment and you want to use it in instances. Back in the day this was broken and we could use it on anyone but nowadays it has a target check and can be used only on the specific mobs that it has in the quest.

Willing to pay for information or a guide to how to make this work.
