Howling Fjord: Use Quest item to Hurt horde

From the quest:

When you use the item to summon the quest turn in guy, he is not only unfriendly to horde, he down right hates them. He will take off running and fight any he sees to the death. The fun part is you can chain summon him...

He only hits for 50-100, but it's a great little thing to piss off horde.

I think guards still attack you since this npc just act as other "Guardian" npc, like those guardian npc from Barov Peasant Caller, Tiny Voodoo Mask, Argent War Horn, Commander's Badge, Defender of the Timbermaw, Ancient Cornerstone Grimoire, Book of the Dead, The Horseman's Blade, Brightbrew and Balebrew Charm, Arcanite Dragonling or other similar items.
