Why? I'm using voice activation to cast spells (press hotkeys); I am in control of when I use the abilities. It's not an automated thing where Cortana instantly pops cooldowns because she thinks it's ideal lol.

Pretty sure Blizzard supports voice activation for "1 command, 1 key" anyway for those people who play with 1 hand.
