Character transfer name swap?

So I am moving a character and I want to use the name that I currently have on a high level character.
The steps I thought about to make it work would be:

1. Move the transfer character.
2. Delete Named character.
3. Preform required name change on transferred character.
4. Restore previously Named character.

What I don't know is what will happen after I restore the old Named character.
What happen is it might just bump the name back from the transferred character and add another required name change on the one I just moved.
So I made this thread just ask if anyone has done this yet to know if it might work.

You'll get stuck trying to restore the character, as it wont let you due to you having that name active on your account.

What you need to do is, delete the character, make a level 1 character on another account on the same bnet (trial account or whatever), then restore your character and name it something else. Then you transfer your character, delete the level 1 then give your main the name.

This also works for a free name change ecah month,

Ask your buddy to make character with same name
Restore character

This have worked for me couple times.
