So looking through the items that are being released in 6.2.2 led to something interesting. There is a full set of item level 640 green gear, with the same exact names of the Mists boost gear (Felsoul for warlocks as an example). This means that the pre-order and 100 boost are likely around the corner, especially if they already have the gear coming out in this upcoming patch.
