Safe to buy and resell duped mounts?

hey guys on my server atm there is a guy selling 40+ jeweled onyx panthers for 15k each, if i buy 1 from him and try to resell it will blizzard take my gold? also i have tried to see what kind of char he has but when i do /who and his name nothing comes up???

and yes, if you KNOW they are duped and are selling them they COULD ban you. But usually those ones you cant put them on the AH, so holding them and selling on trade would be the only way to do it.

This is most bullshit thing i ever heard. Firstly if you enter /who it will show people in your area similar level, you must target that player if you want info about him. Secondly you CAN NOT get banned in ANY way for buying items duper or not because Blizzard states dupe doesn`t exist and they can not nor they ever banned someone for buying duped mounts. 95% of people with Swift Spectral Tiger would be banned by now, without other TCG mounts that are being duped. I myself buy and resell mounts from chinese dupers and never got any problems, nor other people i know that do so. So buying any mount will NOT get you banned in any way.

Buying a duped mount and learning it is A LOT different to buying them in bulk to resell. Great to know that you do that but dont tell people they wont get banned in any way when there is a real chance that they will.
