I'm not even old enough to own a credit card. How do I do this? I wanted to buy from offgamers.com, but to pay them via Western Union I need a CC. Is there a way to get a blank credit card to apply to my account?

It can be scammed, but it is a bit more risky in terms of being able to keep the money

Um minors can use debit... i don't know if that helps any, Other than that no a minor cant have a credit card unless signed off my a legal guardian i believe.
